It eliminates the sluggishness of movement that occurs when a normal release bearing is used in a reinforced clutch.
By making the tip of the bearing tapered, it is possible to make constant contact with the diaphragm spring at any angle and set the appropriate sleeve height. This allows for smooth clutch pedal movement.
While normal bearings are a composite product of metal and resin, the fracture strength is increased by making them an integral metal product.
It achieved high strength by increasing the strength of the bearing body.
Note: Do not use on anything other than the DSPORT reinforced clutch cover. Competition use only.
