‘In Stock’ means that item is in our UK stock and ready for immediate dispatch from our UK warehouse.

2-3 Weeks

‘2-3 Weeks’ means that item is in our Japan stock and ready for transporting to the United Kingdom, subject to conditions of internation air freight at that time of dispatch. Actual lead time could be shorter as well as longer.

3-6 Months

‘3-6 Months’ means that item is not in our UK/Japan stock and need to be manufactured when an order is received. Actual lead time will be depending on several factors such as materials supply, seasonal issues, and other issues beyond our control.

Special Order

‘Special Order’ means that item needs to be on the special order list at the brand manufacturer. Waiting time will be subject to the brand manufacturer’s order lists - typically 9-12 months.
